Reset Password for the First Time

  1. Please ensure you have registered in Teera Website by following all the steps in "How to try Teera.AI for FREE".
    Click Here if you are not registered yet

  2. Then please check your Email Inbox, You should received the Email Registration. Then click reset password link provided by Teera.ai.

  3. You’ll be redirected to TEERA.AI’s secure password reset page.

  4. Enter your new password, confirm it, then click Save password.

  5. Your password has been updated. Log in using your new credentials.

Lost Your Password

  1. Go to My Account. Please click "Lost your password?" link below the login button.

  2. You will be redirected to reset password page

  3. Fill up your registered email

  4. You will get your reset password email. Please click and follow the reset password instruction.

  5. You will be redirected to reset password page. Please fill up your new password.

  6. Your password will be securely updated. Continue using your TEERA.AI account with your new password.

Change Your Password

  1. Go to My Account and log in with your current credentials.

  2. Click Account Details in the left-hand navigation panel.

  3. Scroll to the Password Change section.

  4. Enter your current password, then your new password and confirm new password.

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. Your password will be securely updated. Continue using your TEERA.AI account as usual.

Password Security Tips

  • Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

  • Avoid reusing old passwords or easily guessable information.

  • Update your password periodically for enhanced security.
