This Payment Terms and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by teera.aiand governs all subscription purchases, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds made through the teera.ai accounting platform at teera.ai/accounts.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Billing & Subscription Structure
– teera.ai offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Advanced, Expert) with monthly and annual billing options.
– Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to SST (if applicable).
– Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
– Online banking (FPX)
– Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe or third-party payment gateway)
– E-wallets (Boost, TnG, GrabPay – if integrated)
– Auto-billing via bank integrations
All payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
3. Payment Failure & Account Suspension
– If a payment attempt fails, you will receive a notification and have a 7-day grace period to update your billing info.
– Accounts with overdue payments beyond 7 days may be temporarily suspended.
– Continued non-payment may result in termination and data access restriction.
4. Upgrades & Downgrades
– You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new pricing takes effect immediately, and the prorated amount is billed.
– You may downgrade only at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for downgrades mid-cycle.
5. Cancellations
– You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing or Account Settings section.
– Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the expiry date.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled as follows:
– No refunds for partial months, unused features, or early cancellations
– Full refund may be issued only if:
– You were double charged due to technical error
– You cancelled within 48 hours of a new annual subscription purchase and have not used core features
– The service failed to deliver due to system errors on our part, validated by support logs
Refunds are processed within 14 working days upon approval.
7. Currency & Tax
– All charges are made in MYR unless otherwise agreed.
– SST is applied according to Malaysian regulations and may appear as a separate line item on your invoice.
8. Invoices & Receipts
– You will receive a digital invoice for every successful transaction via email.
– You may also download historical invoices via the “Billing > Invoices” section within the Platform.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
– If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
– Disputed payments should be sent to billing@teera.ai with detailed documentation.
10. Policy Updates
We may revise these Payment Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published here, and changes will apply to all future payments.
