1. Definitions
– “teera.ai”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the service provider.
– “User”, “you”, or ““your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.
– “Platform” refers to all software, web pages, tools, and APIs made available via teera.ai/accounts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the company to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You are required to register an account to use our services. You agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information
– Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
– Notify us of any unauthorized access or breach
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
4. License to Use
teera.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for lawful accounting and business purposes.
You shall not:
– Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
– Copy, duplicate.
– Sell, sublicense, or exploit the Platform commercially
– Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws, including PDPA and tax regulations
– Ensure that data input is accurate and updated
– Accept full responsibility for user actions under your account
– Maintain backups of your data if required.
6. Subscription, Payment & Refunds
Use of the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to:
– Pay all applicable fees per the plan selected
– Authorize recurring billing (if applicable)
– Abide by our Payment Terms & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue payments or chargebacks.
7. Data Use & Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy and PDPA Compliance Notice. You consent to our collection, processing, and storage of your data as outlined in those documents.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., banks, tax authorities, payment processors). We are not liable for any loss or disruption caused by such third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 6 months
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
– Suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms
– Delete your account and all data after 90 days of inactivity or non-payment

11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, code, and materials on the Platform remain the intellectual property of teera.ai or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
